The BOL as it stands
Ready to issue?
At the stop: receiver signs the POD block. If money is handed over, count it in front of the customer, fill in the payment block and both initial it. Photograph the whole page in one shot and send it to orders@adchem.pro and to the receiver.
After a bank run, photograph the deposit slip here. It goes straight to accounting@adchem.pro with the hub, the date and your name. / Después de ir al banco, tome una foto del comprobante de depósito aquí. Se envía a contabilidad.
Access
Accounts are invite-only and managed on the People tab by an admin: add someone by email with a role (admin, coordinator, driver) and a hub, and remove them the same way. Removing someone takes effect on their next page load.

Warnings — documents at order time
Super admins only. A type switched on shows under the customer on New order (license expired or missing, PSA not signed, entity not Active) and is stamped on the order; it never blocks the order or changes its payment code. The note is shown with the warning.
The expiry email also goes out by itself every morning (06:00 Pacific) to the addresses above, once it is scheduled — see the README.

Delivery calendars
Each hub's deliveries can go on a calendar of its own — at AdChem, Deliveries — East Bay and Deliveries — SoCal. A hub left on Same as default uses the default calendar. Moving an order to another hub moves its event too.
The lists show calendars already on the server's Google user's calendar list. A calendar shared to orders@ may not appear there — paste its ID instead (Google Calendar → the calendar's Settings and sharing → Integrate calendar → Calendar ID). Check and confirm tests that the server can write to every calendar named here before anything is written.
Shared Google Drive folder for BOLs
Hubs & shipper addresses
The shipper address and the emergency response number print on every BOL. Richmond is confirmed; the SoCal and Colorado street addresses are not yet.
Load compatibility — what may ride together
The segregation table from 49 CFR 177.848(d) (read from the eCFR on 10/9/26), which California applies to highway carriers through 13 CCR and the Vehicle Code. X = must not be loaded or stored together on the same vehicle. O = may share a vehicle only if separated so that leakage cannot mix. Blank = no restriction. The app checks every truck's load against this table on the Today list. Admins can correct a cell here; the change is logged. Explosives among themselves and the ammonium nitrate exception are not encoded — AdChem ships neither.

Companies
Each company has its own customers, orders, BOL numbering, hubs, calendar and sending addresses. Its people see only its rows. Add a company here, switch to it at the top of the page, then set it up on Setup and add its people.
